Marci, it is ultimately a matter of active faith. By this I mean active experience and trust of things unseen (spiritual presence radiating) and unheard (silence speaking). When one is attuned to these, one sees a different kind of "proof", a proof that does NOT REFER to something else or anoint them, but which is directly expressive of an existing truth. One would not "prove" music by logical examination. One would make it, and sing it, and listen to it, to "prove" its reality. The same is true of the deeper and higher reality of spiritual freedom, strength, and creativity.
